في المـاضي قامت كل الدنيا لامرأة صرخـت وا معتصماه واليـوم ألــوف المحرومات يبـكيـن ويـــذرفـن الدمعـات يصــرخـن ولكن دون صـدى يصــرخـن ولكن دون صـدى وإذا بالصمت يلف الكـون وتحبس في الصـدر الأنات فـلـمـاذا ننسـى أمــجــادا شيـــدت وبنـاها أجــــداد أنسـينــــا الـعــزة أم أنـــا نحيــا في زمـــن النســيان؟

Allah knows what's best for us So why should we complain? We always want the sunshine; But He knows there must be rain!  We always want the laughter and the merriments of cheer But our hearts will lose their tenderness If we never shed a tear. Allah tests us often; With suffering and with sorrow He tests us not to punish us, But to help us meet tomorrow ! For growing trees are strengthened; If they withstand the storm ! And the sharp cut  of the chisel Give the marble grace and form! Allah tests us often; And for every pain He gives to us  Provided we are patience Is followed by rich gain, So whenever we are down and whenever we feel that; Every thing is going wrong, It is just Allah's way  To make our spirit strong!  ****** By: Muhammad Sohail Qureshi

ہوا گنگ ہے فضا چپ ہے۔۔۔ زمیں پر آسمانی شعلہ باری ہے ! سبھی  چشموں کا پانی پتھروں نے پی لیا ہے پرندے تشنہ لب ہیں جاں بہ لب ہیں تپش سےان کی چونچیں بھی پگھلتی جا رہی ہیں۔۔۔ مگر ان کے پروں پر تشنگی کے خشک دریا ہیں زمیں اب لو کی شدت سے مسلسل تپ رہی ہے درختوں پر بہاروں کا مقدر جل رہا ہے۔۔۔ رَوِش پَر تتلیوں کے پَر کٹے ہیں۔۔۔ چیونٹیوں کے گھر جلے ہیں۔۔۔ چمکتی ریت نے جیسے دریا  پی لیا ہے ! کنارے پر مَری ان مچھلیوں نے نوحہ لکھ دیا ہے ہوا گنگ ہے فضا چپ ہے۔۔۔ زمیں پر آسماں کی شعلہ باری ہے ******* نسیم تقی جعفری
